Considering the high demands of same markets, Unitek® has developed a reverse osmosis equipment specific for food and beverages applications, where sanitization has a significant role.

Besides the standard configuration for these type of applications, such as sanitary construction, incorporated CIP, Rinse with permeate, non invasive instrumentation, among others, we have incorporated the possibility of hot water sanitizable membranes at 85°C, which appears as an insuperable advantage for maintenance without the addition of biocides. This operation can held during 60-90 minutes for each sanitization without damaging the element.
